1.1. Product — any components and equipment for UAVs presented on the website. www.indigotechsolutions.hu.
1.2. Online Store — the Indigo website, created for browsing and placing orders.
1.3. Customer — an individual or legal entity placing an order through the website.
1.4. Seller — Indigo, the official distributor of UAV components.
1.5. Order — a properly submitted request to purchase selected Products.
2.1. The Seller undertakes to deliver the Product to the Customer, and the Customer agrees to pay for it in accordance with the terms specified on the website.
2.2. The agreement is considered concluded from the moment the Seller confirms the order in written or electronic form.
3.1. The Customer places an order through the website or by contacting us via the provided communication channels.
3.2. The Seller reserves the right to refuse to fulfill an order if false or incomplete information is detected.
4.1. The current prices of the Products are listed on the website in Ukrainian hryvnias. They include VAT unless otherwise stated.
4.2. The Seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice, except for orders that have already been confirmed and paid.
4.3. The delivery cost is calculated separately and is specified during the order placement process.
5.1. The Seller undertakes to deliver high-quality Products in accordance with the order.
5.2. The Seller has the right to modify the terms of sale and pricing policy.
5.3. The Customer undertakes to provide accurate contact information and to accept the delivered Product.
6.1. The Customer has the right to return a Product of proper quality within 14 days, provided that its original condition is preserved.
6.2. A refund is possible within 30 days after the Seller receives the returned Product.
6.3. In the event of a warranty case, the Customer has the right to repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the law.
6.4. The return shipping of the Product to the Seller is carried out at the Customer’s expense.
7.1. The Seller is not liable for improper use of the Product.
7.2. In the event of force majeure, the parties are released from their obligations for the corresponding period.
8.1. All data provided by the Customer during the order process is stored in accordance with the requirements of Ukrainian legislation.
8.2. The Seller does not disclose personal data to third parties, except in cases provided by law.
8.3. The data is used solely for order processing, communication, and marketing purposes with the Customer’s consent.
9.1. The Seller may send the Customer notifications related to order fulfillment or special offers.
9.2. The Customer may unsubscribe from promotional mailings at any time.
10.1. All texts, photos, logos, and other elements are the property of Indigo or are used legally.
10.2. Their use without written permission is prohibited.
11.1. All disputes are resolved through negotiation or in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
11.2. The website may be temporarily unavailable due to technical reasons, and users will be informed accordingly.
12.1. The Agreement remains in effect until all obligations of the parties are fully fulfilled.
12.2. The Seller has the right to terminate the Agreement in case of a breach of its terms by the Customer.
13.1. Users are prohibited from posting offensive, false, or promotional messages in the sections of the website where posting is allowed.
13.2. The administration reserves the right to remove inappropriate content without prior notice.
